Bern – Due to the new Covid Omicron variant, Switzerland is tightening entry requirements by effectively keeping tourists or business travelers away.

To enter the Confederation, anyone coming from some countries will be forced in addition to rightly providing for the negative result of a PCR test, will have to quarantine for 10 days. A second PCR test will have to be performed between day 4 and 7 upon entering the Swiss country.

Here is the list of passengers from the countries of origin who will have to carry out quarantine upon entry into Switzerland:
